About Saraswati College of Engineering, Kharghar Saraswati College of Engineering (SCOE) opened in 2004 at Kharghar in Navi Mumbai. Kharghar is one of the planned nodes of Navi Mumbai. The college now works as an autonomous institution, so it frames its own syllabus and examinations. The B.Tech programme is the main course here. SCOE offers branches in: Computer Engineering and Information Technology Computer Science and Engineering (AI and Machine Learning) and Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Mechanical, Civil and Automobile Engineering For graduates there are M.E. courses in branches such as Civil and Computer Engineering, along with a Master of Management Studies (MMS). Engineering admission follows the Maharashtra state CAP process based on MHT CET or JEE Main scores. M.E. seats rely on GATE, and the MMS programme takes Maharashtra MBA CET or CAT scores. The college building houses an auditorium, drawing halls, a central library, a computer centre, workshops, conference and examination halls, sports rooms and a canteen. A placement cell works with final-year students on campus recruitment and internships.
