About Sai Group of Institutions, Dehradun Sai Group of Institutions is a private group of colleges on Rajpur Road in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. It began in 2003 as Sai Institute of Paramedical and Allied Sciences (SIPAS) under the Sai Vikas Samiti, a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The group started with paramedical training and has since added nursing, management, media and other career-focused courses. Different parts of the group are tied to different bodies. The paramedical and allied sciences institute has affiliations with HNB Garhwal (Central) University and Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University, along with recognition from the Uttarakhand health department and the Indian Association of Physiotherapists. Sai School of Nursing is recognised by the Indian Nursing Council, the Uttarakhand State Nursing Council and the Uttarakhand State Medical Faculty.
