About PCTE Group of Institutes, Ludhiana PCTE Group of Institutes, short for Punjab College of Technical Education, has been teaching students since 1999. Its campus is at Baddowal in Ludhiana district, near Village Jhande on Baddowal Road, about 12 km from the Ludhiana bus stand. The group runs separate colleges and departments on this campus, and each one teaches a different set of professional courses. PCTE is best known for management, computer applications and hospitality education.
