B.Arch Programmes

- Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) – 5 years – 2) Eligibility: 2.1. Admission to Bachelor of Architecture (5 years) of the NMIMS will be based on the following two criteria: I) Minimum 50% marks in 10+2 exam or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board at the first attempt with Mathematics and English compulsory. (or) 10+3 Diploma (Any stream) recognized by Central/ State Governments with minimum 50% marks at the first attempt with Mathematics and English compulsory. (or) International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB certificate awarded is not eligible) in any stream from a recognized Board with minimum 50% marks at the first attempt as a regular student Mathematics and English compulsory. II) NATA Score (Minimum 80 out of 200) 2.2.1. The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent including IB Diploma (IB certificate awarded is not eligible) in any stream from a recognized Board at the first attempt (Mathematics and English compulsory) and should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks at the said examination. Candidates who have not cleared the 10+2 or equivalent examination in the first attempt are NOT eligible to apply for the admission to the course.
