The hotel management college itself was started in 2004. One of the society's founders, Dr Dilipkumar Mahadik, serves as its director and principal. The campus is in Mira Road (East), part of Mira–Bhayandar on Mumbai's northern edge. The main degree is the three-year B.Sc. in Hospitality Studies, affiliated to the University of Mumbai, and admissions to the first year are open for 2026–27.
