M S Ramaiah Medical College also known as Ramaiah Medical College or RMC was established in the year 1979 at Bangalore, Karnataka as a private medical college . RMC is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka . Later in the year 1984, the college established its own hospital named, Ramaiah Medical College Hospital , to meet the need for training the coming generation of doctors.
