About Keshav Mahavidyalaya
History and Background
Keshav Mahavidyalaya says it is a constituent college of the University of Delhi, established in 1994 and fully funded by the Government of NCT of Delhi. It first ran from a school building in Keshavpuram with B.Com (Hons) and B.Sc (General) with Computer Science. The Pitampura campus, more than 10 acres, opened in the 2006-07 session. The history page says the college now offers nine courses plus short-term French and German, with about 1800 students. It names founder principal Dr. K.P. Chinda and present principal Dr. Madhu Pruthi, and says NAAC accredited it Grade A in 2016.
