Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) is at Vidyalaya Marg, Jalandhar, Punjab 144004. This record had been filed under Ludhiana. The college website places the campus in Jalandhar, so the city has been corrected. The history page says it was established in September 1886 by Lala Dev Raj as Arya Kanya Pathshala and took the name Kanya Maha Vidyalaya in 1896. It says the college was not affiliated to a university until 1944, when it affiliated to Panjab University.
