Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Solan was founded in 2002 by the joint efforts of Govt of Himachal Pradesh and Jai Prakash Gaur (Founder Chairman of Jaypee Group). The college is spread over 25 acres in the beautiful and attractive Waknaghat hills in Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
