History and Background
About Institute of Logistics and Aviation Management, Delhi Institute of Logistics and Aviation Management (ILAM) has its Delhi centre in Nehru Place, on the second floor of Deenar Bhavan (Building No. 44, Office 203). It was set up in 2008 and trains students for logistics, supply chain, aviation and banking roles. For graduates there are MBAs in Aviation, Banking, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management, a Post Graduate Program in Supply Chain Management (PGP-SCM) and a one-year PG Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management. Undergraduates can take a BBA or a B.Sc. MBA applicants sit an entrance test on quantitative ability, communication, logical reasoning, general knowledge, English and workplace aptitude. CAT, MAT, XAT and GMAT scores are also accepted. BBA and B.Sc admission is by test and interview. The MBA is listed at Rs 2,50,000 a year and the BBA and B.Sc at Rs 1,15,000. For 2023, BBA students recorded a highest package of 8 LPA, an average of 4 LPA and a lowest of 3 LPA. DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, TNT, British Airways and Procter and Gamble are on the recruiter list.
