About Government College of Engineering
History and Background
Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon was established in 1996 and is affiliated to Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University. The affiliating university and the Government of Maharashtra granted it academic autonomy in June 2014. It moved to its present 19.35-acre campus in 2007 and holds NAAC accreditation with a B++ grade (CGPA 2.85) from September 2024.
