About Dr I T School of Management, Chandigarh Dr IT School of Management belongs to the Dr IT Group of Colleges, located in the Bhagomajra area near Kharar, Punjab, close to Chandigarh. The group is promoted by Dr ITM Limited, an ISO 27001 certified company, through its educational trust. The campus is in a green, low-pollution area outside the city. The management school is affiliated to I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKGPTU), Kapurthala, and its programmes are approved by AICTE. For 2026-27, IKGPTU's provisional affiliation covers 90 MBA seats and 30 MCA seats. Courses offered by the school and the wider group include: MBA, a two-year programme with the usual functional specialisations MCA BBA and BCA B.Com (Hons) and B.Sc MBA and MCA admissions in Punjab follow IKGPTU's process, which accepts scores such as the Punjab MET, CAT and other national management tests, along with direct admission under university rules. The group also runs its own MBA scholarship-cum-test to help with fees. Undergraduate admissions are based on Class 12 marks. The group keeps its affiliation letters and AICTE approvals on its website, so applicants can check the sanctioned seats before applying.
