About Delhi College of Arts & Commerce

History and Background

About DCAC Delhi College of Arts & Commerce, widely known as DCAC, commenced its establishment in the academic year of 1987. It is a constituent and one of the eminent colleges of Delhi University . The college was established under the aegis of the Delhi Administration. The college has been recognized by the  University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited with a grade ’B+’ by the  National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) . The primary aim of establishing the institute is to have students instilled with quality education and foster ideas for implementation. The Coeducational Delhi College of Arts and Commerce is a school affiliated with Delhi University . The institution is situated in Netaji Nagar on Delhi University’s South campus. DCAC is certified by NAAC with a grade of "B+," and according to India Today 2022, it is placed 34th in the Arts Department. In a similar vein, Outlook 2022 has Delhi College of Arts and Commerce listed as 22nd in the area of Commerce. Eleven UG programmes are offered by the 12 departments in DCAC.
