About CMR College of Engineering & Technology, Hyderabad CMR College of Engineering & Technology is a private engineering college in Hyderabad, Telangana, set up in 2002. The campus is at Kandlakoya village on Medchal Road. Most students here are in the four-year B.Tech, which is offered in Computer Science and Engineering, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, and Electronics and Communication Engineering. At postgraduate level the college runs two-year M.Tech courses in Computer Science and Engineering, Embedded Systems, Power Electronics, Power Electronics and Drives, Structural Engineering and Biotechnology, along with an MBA that has 120 seats. GATE scores are used for M.Tech admission and TS ICET for the MBA. The B.Tech tuition fee on record is Rs 75,000 a year, while M.Tech tuition is Rs 60,000 a year and the MBA fee is Rs 1,50,000 a year.
