About Assam Don Bosco University
History and Background
Assam Don Bosco University (ADBU) is a private university run by the Salesians of Don Bosco. It was established in 2009, and its campus at Azara is on the Airport Road in Guwahati. ADBU offers B.Tech degrees in Computer Science, Civil, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering, along with a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes. Its Centre for Distance and Online Education also runs online programmes approved by UGC-DEB.
