History and Background
About ANA College of Engineering & Management Studies, Bareilly ANA College of Engineering and Management Studies is the engineering and management wing of the ANA Group of Institutions, on the Bareilly-Delhi Highway (NH-9), 13.5 km out of Bareilly. The Late Amarnath Anand Trust runs the group, which has since added medical and health courses on the same campus. The engineering college is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. B.Tech admission is through JEE Main scores and UPTAC, the state counselling run by AKTU. Management and computer applications courses, MBA, BBA and BCA, are taught here as well. What makes the campus different from most engineering colleges in the Rohilkhand belt is the health science side that has grown around it: BAMS (Ayurveda), approved by NCISM and affiliated to Mahayogi Gorakhnath University, with admission through NEET B.Sc Nursing, approved by the Indian Nursing Council B.Pharm, approved by the Pharmacy Council of India ANA Hospital, a teaching hospital inside the campus, gives Ayurveda, nursing and pharmacy students clinical practice without travelling to the city. The institution reports an A+ accreditation from NCISM for its Ayurveda programme. For engineering and MBA students, the training and placement cell runs aptitude classes, group discussion practice, CV writing and mock interviews through the year.
