About Adhunik Institute of Productivity Management & Research, Ghaziabad Adhunik Institute of Productivity Management and Research (AIPMR) is the management school of the Adhunik Group of Institutions. The group's NCR campus is at the 9th milestone on the Delhi-Meerut Road (NH-58) at Duhai, Ghaziabad. The institute has its own college code, 797, and runs two management courses: MBA, approved by AICTE and affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow PGDM, a stand-alone diploma approved by AICTE The MBA follows the AKTU syllabus and exams, and seats are filled through the university's counselling as well as direct admission. The PGDM lets the institute set its own course structure. Several other colleges share the Duhai campus. Adhunik College of Engineering (code 796) offers AKTU-affiliated B.Tech courses, and there is a polytechnic offering diplomas. BBA, BCA, B.Pharm and D.Pharm are taught under Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, and some health science courses also hold approvals from the Indian Association of Physiotherapists and the UP State Medical Faculty. MBA students therefore study alongside engineering and pharmacy students instead of on a stand-alone business school campus. The group says it has trained about 15,000 students over the years. The campus has 25 laboratories, smart classrooms and hostels.
