History and Background
Academy of Medical Sciences, Pariyaram, is now Government Medical College Kannur. The college site says ACME was registered on 17 September 1993. The Government of Kerala took over the college in 2018-19 and renamed it Government Medical College Kannur. The campus remains at Pariyaram, Kannur.
